Introduction
The 12th International Photonics and Optoelectronics Society Meeting was held in Wuhan, China, from November 11 to 14, 2019. The meeting was a leading international meeting in the field of photonics and optoelectronics in China hosted by Wuhan National Optoelectronics Laboratory of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
At the same time, during POEM 2019, key activities such as seminars, symposiums, Sino French Optoelectronics Forum, postgraduate forums and journal editorial committee meetings will be organized at the same time. It is worth mentioning that POEM2019 will be held at the same time as the 16th China Optics Valley International Optoelectronics Expo and Forum (OVE EXPO) from November 13 to 15, 2019.
