Introduction
In order to further explore the latest research progress and development trend in China's semiconductor and its related information technology fields, promote exchanges and cooperation among young scientists, help young scientific and technological workers grow, and promote the rapid development of China's semiconductor technology and industry, the China Electronics Society plans to hold the "National Electronic Information Young Scientists Forum and the Third Semiconductor Youth Academic Conference" in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province on October 28-31, 2020.
