  1. Slurry stirring is an important part of lithium ion battery equipment. The positive electrode slurry of lithium ion battery is composed of binder, conductive agent, and positive electrode material.   2. Coating determines the consistency and superiority of the battery and occupies a technical position in battery manufacturing. No matter what kind of battery is produced (such as cylindrical or square), the coating machine used in manufacturing is the same; different types of batteries need to be equipped with different types of winding machines.

  3. In addition to lithium ion battery winding machines, there are capacitor winding machines, textile winding machines, etc. According to the operation mode of the machine, it can be divided into manual winding machine, semi-automatic winding machine and fully automatic winding machine.

  4. The importance of testing items has become increasingly prominent. Lithium-ion batteries are prone to burn out or explode due to short-circuit, overcharge, etc., and will form a finished battery with the protection board in applications; in applications with higher energy density, lithium-ion batteries need to be combined in series and parallel to form a lithium-ion battery pack.   It can be seen that the production process of lithium-ion batteries is relatively long, including more than 50 procedures, and correspondingly requires more than 50 equipment. The entire manufacturing process can be divided into four process stages: pole piece production, cell assembly, cell activation detection and battery packaging. The pole piece production related equipment is called front-end equipment, cell production related to mid-end equipment, and cell activation detection.
