Electrode material is an important part of supercapacitor, which is the key factor affecting the performance and production cost of supercapacitor. Carbon materials are the most widely used electrode materials for supercapacitors, including activated carbon, activated carbon fiber, carbon nanotubes and graphene. Among them, activated carbon materials are widely used in the current super capacitor products because of its stable service life, low price and large-scale industrial production basis.
However, activated carbon materials are easy to be oxidized, which leads to high internal resistance and poor high frequency characteristics of carbon based supercapacitors. Although some manufacturers use vacuum treatment equipment in a single process, they are still in the atmospheric environment in multiple preparation processes and in the process of transferring from one process to the next. The problems of oxygen and water still exist, which seriously restrict the realization of high energy and high power density of super electric containers.
In view of the problem that the electrode is easy to oxidize in the preparation process of the supercapacitor, mikrouna provides a super capacitor glove box which can prevent the device from oxidation. It is composed of oven (more than two sets) and glove box (including cooling chamber, box and discharge chamber). The forced cooling of cooling chamber can greatly improve the production efficiency. One glove box can be used for multiple ovens and reduce the equipment cost.
