If you have any questions about the equipment or believe that there is a problem with the equipment, please call the MIKROUNA customer service engineer.
Preparation before calling
Please prepare the following information when you call, which will help us determine the nature of the problem;
Equipment model, product serial number, purchase contract number, purchase time and purpose.
Clearly state the problem
Please clearly explain the symptoms of the problem and all the measures taken to solve the problem to the MIKROUNA engineer.
MIKROUNA engineer analyzes the problem
Our past experience shows that many equipment problems can be solved by telephone. Our after-sales engineers can immediately diagnose the fault and guide to solve the problem. If the diagnosis is a fault of the equipment itself, and the customer cannot solve it by himself, we will arrange an after-sales engineer to visit.
