  1. The solution to the safety issues of lithium-ion batteries is mainly in the process of testing and production.

Since lithium metal has extremely high oxidizing properties to moisture and oxygen, the basic conditions and equipment requirements for the development of lithium-ion polymer batteries are very strict. No matter in the previous test or assembly, it must be in water and oxygen. It should be carried out in an environment with extremely low concentration, such as glove box water, and oxygen concentration is less than 1PPM.
  In the manufacturing process of lithium batteries, water is the worst enemy. Water may decompose the electrolyte and affect the performance of the battery. Water will also react with the positive and negative materials, so when the battery is injected, it must be carried out in a glove box with a very low moisture content. After the injection is completed, it can be taken out of the glove box.
  3. Relevant safety measures-test equipment (operating environment)
