  quality:

  The entire production, sales, and after-sales process of Mikrouna's glove box has realized informatization and systematic management. The production process can be monitored and tracked at any time to ensure stable product quality, punctual delivery and fast service.

  installation:

  After the contract equipment arrives at the destination and the buyer provides the necessary installation conditions, the seller sends personnel to the user site for equipment installation, commissioning and technical training (operation, daily maintenance).

  service:

  1. Warranty: After the contract equipment is installed, both parties sign an equipment acceptance form, and the equipment enters the warranty period. The warranty period of the equipment is 36 months after acceptance or 39 months after the goods arrive at the destination, whichever expires first (Note: excluding gloves, purification materials, organic solvent adsorption materials)

  2. During the warranty period, the seller shall bear all costs for equipment maintenance, component replacement, and travel, but the user shall bear all costs for the maintenance of man-made damage and faults caused by improper operation;

  3. Outside the warranty period, free telephone technical support and question answering, if necessary, the seller’s engineer can visit the equipment site for maintenance and technical training, and the related costs shall be borne by the user;

  4. When the contract equipment fails, the seller shall ensure timely repair and make sure to respond within 1 hour after receiving the seller’s service request. For faults that cannot be eliminated by telephone guidance, the seller’s engineer can come to the site for service within 2 working days.
