common problem
General operation instruction of mikrouna glove box
1. Turn on
1) Turn on the main power switch (red);
2) Open the working gas pressure reducing valve (the main valve opens to a maximum of 15 seconds, and the auxiliary valve opens to 0.4~0.6Mpa );
3) Start the analyzer (the oxygen indicator starts to display when the water indicator drops below 200ppm , and the cycle can be opened only if the water oxygen is less than 200ppm , otherwise the cycle needs to be cleaned below 200ppm );
4) Start the cycle (water oxygen value <200ppm );
5) Start the chiller (please ignore if not);
6) Set the tank pressure to +1 ~ +6mbar.
2. Shut down
1) Turn off the water and oxygen analyzer;
2) Close the loop;
3) Turn off the vacuum pump;
4) Turn off the chiller;
5) Box pressure supplement to 0mbar ;
6) Close the main valve of the working gas pressure reducing valve;
7) Turn off the main power switch
3. Put the items in the glove box
1) Replenish air to the transition chamber and close it after the replenishment is complete;
2) Open the outer warehouse door, put items in the warehouse, and close the outer warehouse door;
3) Air extraction and air supplementation three times each (LCD screen, airtight bottle, etc. cannot pump too much negative pressure, you can reduce the air extraction time and increase the number of air extractions as appropriate);
4) Open the inner door and take out the items;
5) Close the inner compartment door, pump it to a negative pressure state, and place it for use.
Note :
It is forbidden to put absorbent articles such as rags, paper towels, etc. directly, and dry them before putting them in!
It is forbidden to try to open the inner and outer compartment doors under negative pressure!
It is forbidden to have rings, watches and other objects that can damage the gloves when operating the gloves!
4. Take the items out of the glove box
1) Replenish air to the transition chamber and close it after the replenishment is complete;
2) Open the inner door (note: before opening, make sure the atmosphere in the warehouse is pure, it is not sure, you need to pump and replenish air three times to make it pure);
3) Put items into the warehouse and close the inner warehouse door;
4) Open the outer warehouse door and take out the items;
5) Close the outer warehouse, pump for three times, and finally pump to a negative pressure state, then place it for use.
5. Cleaning (after opening the cleaning, the inlet pressure can be appropriately reduced)
1 ) Definition: Replace the gas in the box with working gas, and the gas in the box is discharged from the cleaning valve on the top of the glove box.
2 ) Steps:
①Ensure sufficient working gas;
②Close the loop;
③Open cleaning;
④Adjust the auxiliary gauge of the pressure reducing valve and set the pressure to 0.1-0.2Mpa
3 ) Reasons for cleaning:
①First debugging;
②Not activated for a long time;
③ Misoperation causes air to enter;
④Remove organic solvents, acid-base solvents and other substances harmful to the glove box in the box (high content of organic solvents will affect the normal operation of the oxygen probe and the circulation system).
6. Regeneration
1 ) Regeneration gas: a mixture of hydrogen and inert gas (hydrogen accounts for 5%-10% )
2 ) Quantity: 40L gas cylinder 10Mpa
3 ) regenerating gas pressure: 0.05Mpa (in 0.05Mpa a state of gas consumption per half hour cylinder pressure drop 1.5Mpa. If more than 1.5Mpa , the relief valve will schedule small pressure modulation, if less than 1.5Mpa , to Increase the pressure in the attached table of the pressure reducing valve)
4 ) Process: 3 hours heating- 3 hours heating and ventilation- 3 hours vacuuming- 1 hour pumping up -10 hours cooling
5 ) Steps:
①Connect the regeneration gas (check if the pipeline is leaking after connection: After connection, open the main valve of the pressure reducing valve to the maximum, open the auxiliary meter to 0.1Mpa , turn off the main valve, and wait for 15 minutes, if the pressure of the auxiliary meter remains 0.1 Mpa unchanged, indicating that there is no air leakage);
②Set the pressure of the auxiliary gauge of the pressure reducing valve to 0.1Mpa (the pressure is about 0.06-0.08MPa during ventilation );
③Close the loop and analyzer;
④Turn on the vacuum pump;
⑤Start regeneration;
⑥The new program is over 20h (clean before regeneration, water and oxygen index <200ppm ).
6 ) Note: Do not cut off the power and gas during the regeneration process (especially the first 6 hours)! Some pressure reducing valves are inaccurate, and the pressure needs to be adjusted appropriately to ensure continuous ventilation for 3 hours!
7 ) Observe: Whether the regeneration gas flowmeter shows about 20L/min , otherwise adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve.
7. Water probe cleaning (only for cleanable probes)
1 ) Reason: If the water probe is not cleaned for a long time, some dirt will adhere to the surface, which will affect the detection.
2 ) Steps:
①Close the loop and analyzer;
②Set the working pressure to +5 to +8mbar ;
③Remove the water probe and quickly blindly cover the air outlet with a blind plate;
④Unscrew the metal protective cover on the front of the probe, clean it with deionized water, dry it with dust-free paper, and then moisten the probe with a dust-free paper dripped with cleaning liquid, and apply it evenly;
⑤ Put it back in place, turn on the loop, turn on the analyzer after 1 hour, and wait for half an hour to return to normal level.
note:
After the water probe is cleaned, the tank pressure is set to the original value, and the cycle is turned on, but the analyzer is turned on after 1 hour, because after the water probe is cleaned, the surface of the probe is cleaned with deionized water or 85% concentrated phosphoric acid is wetted with water. If the analyzer is turned on too early, the water value will always be detected to indicate that it exceeds the limit, so it is necessary to circulate the analyzer for a period of time and wait for the water to dissipate before turning it on.
