1 ) After operating the glove box, fill in the use record in time, including "user, water and oxygen value, and what operation is done".

2 ) When replacing the gas cylinder in the glove box, the pressure is set to the default value ± 4mbar .

3 ) The daily working pressure is set according to the operating comfort. When not in use for a long time, the pressure is set to 1-6mbar .

4 ) Regularly check the wear of gloves, check the vacuum pump oil level (between the upstream and downstream markings) , and add pump oil appropriately.

5 ) Clean the water probe once every 2 to 3 months to ensure accurate detection. (Also need to refer to the actual situation of the environment in different user boxes)

6 ) If you often use organic solvents in your glove box, it is recommended that you replace the organic solvent adsorption materials regularly, not more than 1 year at the latest .

7 ) Replace the filter element regularly, not more than two years at the latest .

8 ) Determine the oil replacement cycle of the vacuum pump according to the actual situation of your glove box, such as the black or yellow oil, water or more organic solvents in the oil. The oil replacement cycle should not exceed 2 years at the latest .

9 ) If a large amount of organic solvents are unavoidably exposed during the experiment, the cycle should be stopped and the experiment should be stopped. After the experiment, clean it first, and then start the cycle.

10 ) When the environment in the box is poisonous or harmful, the exhaust port of the vacuum pump, the exhaust port of the regeneration gas and the exhaust port of the cleaning valve should be exhausted to the outdoors with exhaust pipes (exhaust gas treatment is required if it is not allowed to be exhausted outdoors) .
